BHRT Consult
Initial consultation with saliva testing is $399 plus $249 for 6 months of service
Thyroid Consultation
Initial consultaion fee is $379 plus $175 for every month of follow up service. We
require a 3 month contract minimum for the thyroid recovery program.
Primary Care Membership
Initial $249 consultation fee plus $149 monthly membership fee for unlimited medical
office visits. We require a one year contract with all membership plans. Services can be
billed monthly or quarterly.
IV Nutrition Therapy
We offer Home IV infusions, Office Infusions, herbal detox, bowel detox, vitamin and
mineral therapy, & cancer nutrition protocols. The Price will vary according to the level
of care and treatment selected. Call us today for pricing options.
Intensive Detox Protocols
To get started with our intensive detox program there is a $179 initial consult fee
(history/physical/interview) 1-2 hour visit. For continued Detoxification counseling
(phone advice and Q&A) the fee is $249monthly, and each office visit is $95 for up to an
hour. For home visits, each visit is $250 plus the cost ofinfusion product/s. Periodic
laboratory testing is recommended to monitor therapy.
